R.C.I. has a resort in Cortina. It is on a big hill, that is hard to drive up and down, but the reviews of the town and resort were very good.
Nice view, but the wall needs some work. Florence isn't very far away, around 65 miles. Its a great city, with a lot of history. The Medici family was the power for hundreds of years. Michelangelo was comissioned by the Medicis, as were many other great masters, including DaVinci.
Hi Sam, From G-ma. It looks really fabulous . I am a big fan of Italy and hope we can see you there. I am going to GA tomorrow and we will be watching the flights for the next few days to see if it is possible for your mom and I to get there. We would aalso like to sp[end a day or so in Rome and maybe go to Venice. You are really fortunate to have this opportunity at such a young age. Guves you a whole differant outlook on life and what your future could be. I am excited that you realize that. I am also getting excited about the wedding and I am sure we will all have fun. I hope you and J can spend some time at the Beach house with us . Just bcan't believe that Crissy is getting married It is just sinking in. It makes me feel old. Well areverdici for now Hope to see you, but don't feel bad if we don't make it. You know the drill!! amore nona
Okay Sam, I'll comment to you; after all I know how it feels to blog alone. Sounds like such a unique and wonderful opportunity for you to experience all of this, and then the Italians go and get to the finals of the world series for your enjoyment! Hope you get some visitors in the next few weeks! I am on watch for open flights to Rome (that is a joke! but maybe?) You girls just be ready to party with us, save some energy for the really big trip, "the beach house experience." See you there.
